Consulco’s rapid expansion leads to building of new company headquarters

Due to continous expansion, Consulco commenced the construction of its new bigger head offices in a prestigious area of Nicosia, facing the US and Russian embassies. The building will be delivered in 2009. Some of the characteristics of the building include:
• Approximate area – 5,500 square meters of usable space excluding two underground levels
• Very spacious ground floor reception with two entrances under a transparent dome
• Open space office space with raised flooring that can be divided according to our departmental needs, with lots of space dedicated for each member of staff
• Cafeterias, gym, training rooms and meeting rooms, conference rooms etc
• Two floors of underground parking, sufficient for all existing staff
• Underground filing warehouses
• A business center with offices to rent to selected clients
The architects appointed are the Phillipou Brothers and the construction has been assigned to Atlas Pantou.
